Product Description

It is among the lightest (1.5 kg, including battery) tube-based handheld XRF analyzers on the market today. Fast analysis speed and exceptional accuracy are two key attributes that help define the S1 TITAN.

Other innovative features include an integrated touch-screen color display, 50 kV X-ray tube, SMART Grade timing, SharpBeam optimized X-ray geometry, Silicon Drift Detector (SDD), and an extremely tough housing that is sealed against humid and dusty environments.

The S1 TITAN series is available in four (4) configurations: models 800, 600, 500 and 300.  It is configured with a fast, accurate, and affordable standard SDD detector. It  is configured with an economical Si-PIN detector. In addition, it can be configured with calibrations that are optimized for a variety of sample materials- including a wide range of alloys, various mining & environmental samples, as well as restricted materials.

SharpBeam technology

Its patented SharpBeam technology optimizes the detector and tube geometry. The optimized geometry has many desirable effects, including:

  • Reduces power requirements
  • Reduces weight
  • Improves measurement precision
  • Improved detection limits
  • Increases battery life

Instant and Accurate Material Identification

Experience near-instantaneous material analysis, with results available in less than 3 seconds per test. The powerful X-ray tube and silicon drift detector ensure precise measurements from magnesium to uranium (Mg to U), making it ideal for both trace and major element screening in metals, mining, and regulatory compliance.

Designed for Rugged Environments

Protected by an IP54-rated enclosure, this handheld spectrometer withstands challenging field conditions such as dust, humidity (up to 90% RH), and fluctuating temperatures (-10C to 50C). Weighing just 1.5 kg, it ensures easy mobility for prolonged testing sessions, aided by an 8-hour battery life.

Smart Data Management and Connectivity

Storing up to 100,000 results, with streamlined export via Wi-Fi, USB, or Bluetooth, this device empowers efficient documentation and data sharing. The intuitive color LCD touchscreen and multi-language support facilitate quick setup and operation, no matter where your site is located.
