Product Description

Principle: Referring to the standard of GB/T5009, GB/T11540, GB/T611, and by adopting hydrostatics buoyancy method, Bernoulli principle of hydrodynamics to online monitor the specific gravity change before and after beer fermentation, and then by applying Lagrange  interpolation, the dynamic data of online alcohol content, Brix, concentration of fermented wine can be converted.

With the special design of buffering device TP-30, it is fully consistent with the hydrostatic principle; the data tested will be more accurate.

Technical data:
1. In the process of beer production, the original wort concentration directly affects later fermentation process and the beer’s taste and color; therefore the original wort concentration at each process stage needs to be tested all the time.
2. Alcohol content and Brix are two important parameters in fermented wine. At present, the two parameters are most measured by using traditional artificially sampling way, and then convert it to Brix, alcohol content, concentration; that method is time-consuming and not ideal.
3. The S.G of dry red wine original fermentation is about 1.090. The second fermentation can be proceeded when the specific gravity reaches 1.020, the fermentation can be stopped once the S.G reaches 0.9920-0.9940.
4. The original S.G of dry white wine is on the basis of Brix of raw materials, as the fermentation processes, saccharide will be converted to alcohol constantly, then the S.G will be smaller and smaller, the fermentation can be stopped once the S.G reaches 0.9920-0.9930.
1.The main-body of this device is placed on the easy-operation platform, and the front of the main-body is equipped with sampling tank.
2.The testing liquid is in and out from the in-out hole on sampling tank, the liquid density will be showed automatically by according to the buoyancy changing of sensor ball in sampling tank.
3.The density measurement and monitor of online fermented wine can be finished just by  continuous actions, and then the dynamic data of online Bx°,PA %, C%  of fermented wine can be converted and showed.
